Unbreakable Media is a conference and corporate media production company based in Pretoria, working across South Africa. We have delivered multi-day conference coverage, same-day highlights and onsite editing at the CTICC in Cape Town, in Sandton and Johannesburg, and across Pretoria.
Every production is planned around the programme. We review your agenda and run-of-show, then build a crew of videographers, photographers and onsite editors around the scale and schedule of the event. Editors work alongside the filming crew, so daily highlights and priority content are delivered while the conference is still running.
Deliverables may include daily highlights, same-day edits, event photography, speaker content, interviews, conference openers and a final conference film, followed by a structured handover of organised video and photographic assets.
Conference video production in Cape Town
We have produced large international conferences at the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC), with our own crew and onsite editors working at the venue.
- IAWJ Conference 2025, CTICC: 3.5 days, about 900 delegates and five simultaneous breakout venues, booked through The Conference Company. Daily highlight videos edited overnight for next-morning delivery, same-day photo delivery for social media and 1,377 edited photographs.
- IRFA Annual Conference 2026, CTICC: 6 to 8 September 2026. A day-one highlight edited onsite and screened the next morning, a full conference film, full conference and breakout recordings, 17 interviews, a custom motion graphics opener and a post-event content audit.

In Johannesburg we have covered multi-day summits and symposiums with same-day highlights, interviews and photography.
