Event highlight video production across two annual editions of VapeCon in Pretoria.
Introduction
Across five days of filming at two consecutive editions of VapeCon, Unbreakable Media produced two complete event highlight films for ECIGSSA at Heartfelt Arena in Pretoria.
We covered the full two-day event in 2022 and returned to cover all three days in 2023. Each film captured the complete public experience: early-morning queues, gates opening, exhibitors, interviews, entertainment, prize giveaways, food areas and competitions.

VapeCon 2022
Unbreakable Media covered both days of VapeCon 2022. The 5:08 highlight film follows the event from the early arrivals and opening of the gates through to the exhibition floor, food court, entertainment and cloud competitions.
Filming across the full two-day programme allowed us to represent the different vendors, activities and public interactions while bringing the complete event together in one cohesive film.
Returning for VapeCon 2023
Unbreakable Media returned to cover all three days of VapeCon 2023. The 4:10 highlight film opens with the early arrivals before moving through the exhibition floor, food court, prize giveaways, cloud competitions and vape tricks.
Covering the full three-day event gave us access to the complete programme while creating visual continuity with the previous year's film.
The outcome
The project resulted in five days of event coverage and two complete highlight films documenting consecutive editions of VapeCon. Each video gives ECIGSSA a self-contained record of that year's event while representing the exhibitors, public participation, competitions and entertainment that formed part of the experience.
The project demonstrates Unbreakable Media's ability to cover busy, multi-day public events where several activities are happening simultaneously and every exhibitor needs to be represented.
